What is the GameKeyStore Refund Policy?
Refunds may only be offered if one the following conditions are met:
Please note that the publisher of the game might not support direct digital download of the game from its website / servers. The CD-Key provided by GameKeyStore comes from original Retail DVD of the game and you will be the only person to have the serial.
Refunds may only be offered if one the following conditions are met:
- The time of your request for refund/replace is less than 48 hours from time of purchase (Preorder can be cancelled anytime).

We don't refund orders that include preorder with bonus (Bonus key or Beta access).

iDeal, Click&Buy payments refund request made by customer will be charged 12€ refund fee.
- Not finished, not sent and not completed orders can be refunded
- If you receive an incorrect product, a refund is possible, if the game key has not been activated
- If there is no attachment to your email/No serial inside the email
- If order was sent no refund is possible because of digital items being received.
